I BUILDTHE WHOLETHING
I started building websites for businesses in Abu Dhabi in 2023, on my own, with no agency behind me and no computer-science degree in front of me.
What changed the work was refusing to stop at the handover. If a client needed a store, I wanted to know what the catalogue did to their margin. If they needed leads, I wanted to see the enquiry land. That curiosity turned into products of my own — a SaaS platform, a commerce brand — where I am the client, the developer and the person who finds out at the end of the month whether the decision was right.
That loop is what I bring to other people's work now. I design it, I build it, and I stay long enough to see whether it worked.

Questions people ask before they hire.
Who is Abdullah Haroon?
Abdullah Haroon is an independent creative developer based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. He designs and builds websites, e-commerce stores and AI products end to end — from art direction through interface, back-end engineering, deployment and commercial performance.
What does Abdullah Haroon build?
Custom websites in Next.js / React / TypeScript with WebGL where it earns its place, WordPress and WooCommerce stores when the client needs to edit their own site, bilingual Arabic RTL and English builds, and AI product features on top of large language models. He runs his own SaaS product NoonSpy, a seller-intelligence platform for the Noon marketplace across UAE and Saudi.
Where is Abdullah Haroon based?
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Available for freelance and contract work across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Pakistan, the wider Gulf and remote clients worldwide. Delivery is remote-first — most client sites are built, shipped and maintained without ever meeting in person.
Does Abdullah Haroon work with clients in the UK or outside the UAE?
Yes. The practice is remote-first — most work ships without an in-person meeting. UK, US, Saudi, Pakistani and worldwide clients hire through WhatsApp (+971 56 985 8632), email (hello@abdullah-haroon.com) and Fiverr (fiverr.com/abdullhall). Invoicing supports AED, USD, GBP and SAR.
How can I hire Abdullah Haroon?
Contact him at hello@abdullah-haroon.com or via WhatsApp on +971 56 985 8632. Freelance profile at fiverr.com/abdullhall. Website: abdullah-haroon.com.
Does Abdullah Haroon build in Arabic?
Yes. Bilingual Arabic RTL and English builds are a core part of his practice. Sites are designed twice — one information architecture in two fully-native reading directions — rather than treating Arabic as a translation layer bolted on afterwards.
